Our Thoughts: This was a wonderful little gem of a park located right in between Seattle and Tacoma. We initially drove down to the beach parking lot thinking we could access the rest of the hiking for the park from there. And while you could, the hill was daunting to say the least. So instead we drove to a couple different lots and walked trails from there.
The true win here though was when we found a park map that showed us access to the trails from the Dash Point Highlands Park. This ended up being just a community park inside a nice little residential area. Parking was on the street and plentiful, and a gravel trail led us in to a much more accessible part of the park trail system.
